Some random shots of Crab Fest/Feed

Master First Mate and chef Keith- he and Todd own the Boat!
Here he is boiling them fast as we can crack them.

The crabs line up,,,.ready for cleaning and eating

The fest starts. Over 36 attend,,,,wow Burch was thinking
a dozen? But who invited who and they had friends and we
did have a lot of crab and folks do like Burch...and Crab!

So MO asks Mom if she wants a gin and tonic?

Sure says Mom why not I don't even know where I am already.

But where is the good stuff? Turns out Leanne has hidden the gin and good stuff behind the cheerios...ah haaa you thought you'd get away with that stuff girl!!!

Kitchen scene cook mix talk hug eat. Irlene at sink with? oh yeah she
knew Keith from hot lunch duty. YES small world connection was the norm for
Burch and gang. Todd knew Bill and Carol, Carol new Burch from Lake Powell
and other undisclosed adventures. MO and LIz knew Carol and Bill
from some other club. Well heck it became one big B Club!! that night!

Todd preparing something talking with Barbara
John E talking with Mom/Gretchen on left. Burch with
curly chemo hair. Dang how does he do it!!?

Kitchen scene , common at the Todd and Leanne Home.

Just wonderfully stuffing it in. I can still smell Olga's garlic bread. or someones, every one pitched in. brought stuff, and took extra crab home...even got a bag to Moraga Hardware
Friend Bill and Susan. (at least I hope so, we had to catch a plane and TSA did not let us transport////= over 3 ozs.. Heck it was over 12 lbs!!!)

Dinner is served or grabbed!!

Mom, MO, B and friends, and lots and lots of crab!!

Olga, Irlene, B, Keith in back, Boat master Todd, Carol, Bill of the Lemon pies,Leanne P, Tracy V. Just a great great gathering,,,and great crab . See you next time folks.

Here is video of boiling the crabs. HOT stuff.

Just a typical scene and the friendly home of
Todd and Leanne. Pass the Bread please, while
you are at it, the wine, the crab, the apple crisp
with chocolate on bottom by Keith, the fresh lemons picked
this morning merange pie, crab caught at noon,
salad bought and made inbetween carpools to/from
school, brownies from neighbor Irlene, Olga's
various concoctions, wine by default, other
items brog forgets but IT TAKES A VILLAGE!
